The batter for these crepes comes out perfectly smooth every time using your Blendtec blender. (The batter can also be mixed by hand, if you don’t have a blender!) You won’t find a more delicious crepe recipe!

CHUNKY CINNAMON FRENCH TOAST
This chunky cinnamon french toast is made using Kneaders cinnamon bread, and topped with buttermilk caramel syrup, whipped cream and strawberries. It’s the best french toast!

OVERNIGHT BREAKFAST HASHBROWN CASSEROLE
I don’t have very many casserole dishes that I love, but this one is an exception. It makes the best breakfast or even dinner. It’s wonderful because you make it the night before and then just pop it into the oven the next morning. I had it most recently on a trip to a friend’s cabin. There was a large group of us and this made breakfast so much easier and much faster. I made two casseroles, one ham and one sausage, and it was nice to have both varieties. I made THESE pancakes as well, and breakfast turned out darn near perfect. The casserole recipe comes from a friend who frequently serves them at bridal or baby showers for brunch, and everyone always wants the recipe. This would also be perfect for a Christmas breakfast!
MINI CHRISTMAS BAGELS
Aren’t these mini Christmas bagels just so cute? 
I love a good, fresh bagel. With Rhodes dough you can have the freshest bagels ever because you make them at home! My kids loved helping me make these mini cinnamon sugar bagels. We decorated them with fruit to look like little Christmas ornaments. I love my son’s little chubby fingers helping place the blueberries and strawberries in the pictures below. 🙂
