I am so excited that Cirque Du Soleil’s OVO Show is coming to the Maverick Center this month! I was able to attend a blogger event where we learned more about the show and we even got to hold different bugs!  Kim’s Cold Blooded Creatures taught us so much about all of her different bugs. We started off by making these colorful bug masks. My kids loved all the fun glitter and jewels and feathers. Then Kim had some time to teach us about each of the bugs she brought. I was surprised when my son wasn’t scared to hold all of them. I also decided to hold the tarantula, even though I am scared of spiders!

OVO is an “immersive touring show, teeming with life. Insects work, play, fight and look for love in a non-stop riot of energy in motion. Their home is filled with biodiversity, beauty, action and moments of quiet emotion.
